  Assisted graduate students with their projects pertaining to bioreactors, saturated buffers, and beaverdams’ influence on water quality through field data collection and analysis. Worked collaboratively in many different terrains to assess and analyze sites, and effectively communicated to the research team important physical changes pertaining to the site. Led and managed water quality analysis testing samples for phosphorus and nitrate levels, as well as editing and writing detail-oriented SOPs for the laboratory. Worked jointly with professionals in several natural resource fields to organize and promote an outreach and extension event highlighting prairie management and cover crops for land owners. Collaborated with mentors and members of ABE, NREM, and Agronomy Departments to synthesizedata sets and arrange into an informative presentation to pursue external funding for a larger-scaleresearch effort.   Collaborated with professional engineers to create grading and design plans using Civil 3D for severalmine reclamation and wetland projects. Helped establish wetland areas on project sites and assisted intreatment volume calculations for water quality improvement. Performed weekly site inspections along with contractor meetings to ensure project plans are up to date and any erosion control structures were correctly installed.
