  Joined as CRM developer as the first member in the Microsoft team. I was expected to support Novozymes with the help of the CRM vendor to whom Novozymes had outsourced the CRM support. After a year, the support was insourced and I was the sole responsible for the CRM platform in Novozymes without any vendors. Mentored new members to the CRM team and performed CRM Upgrades along with other CRM implementation Projects. After 2 years , expanded my competency by managing multiple projects in different technologies like SharePoint, Dotnet , PHP and also handled Server Migration projects.Worked as a Business Analyst for a year in Denmark.
