Answering phones and assisting clients with questions and problems from other title companies, riparian isues and the prior Congress Title Division of Fidelity. Proofing documents to be recorded after closings performed out of office for recording by the county clerk offices across the State. Ordered deeds for deed in lieu closings for out of state client.
