  While at STG, I was the Network Services Branch Manager. The technology areas under my responsibility were Electronic Telephone Firewall Management (ETFM), Proxy Services, DNS Services, and Network Services which was comprised of 50-55 employees. My managerial duties include all STG personnel actions such as appraisals, hiring, and employee counseling. Using my extensive technical, government, and political knowledge I had technical oversight of all areas to ensure technological and security continuity across CONUS ARMY enterprise networking services.   At Iron Bow I am the engineering resource on the sales team which has responsibility for the ARMY Southwest, NETCOM world-wide, ARMY West, and the Great Lakes area. As the engineering resource I regularly conduct meetings and briefing on a wide array of technology and security related topics. My primary responsibility to the team is to prepare service opportunities throughout the entire procurement life-cycle to include market research, solution integration, RFP response, statement of work creation, and services pricing. My secondary responsibility is to ensure all solutions that the team sells are technologically sound and will inter-operate/integrate into the customer's environment.My specific areas of expertise are LAN/WAN Networking, Datacenter Networking, Network Security, and Audio/Visual solutions across vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Extron, and AMX.
