  In my current position I process unemployment claims, short and long term claims and many other HR task. I still work closely with the Safety Department on incidents and worker comp claims. I keep ISN and VeriSource updated along with PEC. New hire pre-employment paperwork, I start the hiring process by doing background checks and notifying districts when results have been received. I will schedule annual DOT recert's and Fit Test for employee's at the preferred clinic. From time to time I will have to do research for our Legal department on suits that come in. I work closely with several deparment's. I also, work with our Training department and make certificates for each employee completing the class. Also, add and update this information into ISN, so employees are current with all clients requirements. Show less
