  Developed a team that delivered the core, £15 million Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project and all the key objectives to support it, e.g. business change, risk management, communications, benefits realisation. The project was the basis for Alder Hey's selection as a Global Digital Exemplar site. The programme, in parallel, delivered a transition into a new, £275 million hospital with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technological ambitions.

  Initiated and directed a multi-million pound, multi-organisational, health information exchange programme North of London in community and acute settings.Developed and led a full project team for a pan-organisational Electronic Patient Record contract covering five hospitals and 1.5 million patients. This included a substantial group from Deloitte Consulting.
