Show less Buried Service Wire, Contract Service, and Compliance● Led team of nine supervisors and 149 union associates to manage a contract labor force of 1,525 individuals.● Scheduled, dispatched, and updated progress for FiOS and copper buried service wire contractors, placing an average of 17,000 drops per month with an on-time performance rate of 94.3%.● Managed the buried service wire call center for Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
