  In my role as an Assistant Lecturer since September 2020, I have had the privilege of specializing in Visual Communication Design, particularly focusing on the dynamic fields of Multimedia and Film. This experience has allowed me to hone a wide array of skills and expertise in these areas.My responsibilities as an Assistant Lecturer involved not only delivering lectures but also creating engaging course materials, fostering a conducive learning environment, and providing guidance to students. I encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the subject matter, equipping students with practical skills and knowledge for their academic and professional journeys.In addition to my primary specialization, I also had the opportunity to contribute to the Fine Arts study program until June 2021, broadening my scope of expertise and enriching my understanding of the arts. These experiences have not only deepened my knowledge but also enhanced my communication and mentorship skills, enabling me to better support the growth and development of my students.   In my role as a Head of Social Media & Multimedia Division, I took charge of managing the social media platforms for Jabar Ekspres. This position demanded a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of digital marketing and communication strategies.My responsibilities involved creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content to be shared across various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and Youtube. I also had to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a prompt and professional manner. Through data analytics, I continuously assessed the performance of our social media campaigns and adjusted strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.Beyond content creation and monitoring, I also collaborated with a team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising on social platforms. These campaigns required a strategic approach, budget management, and a keen understanding of target audience behavior.My experience as a Head of Social Media & Multimedia Division allowed me to sharpen my skills in content creation, community management, data analysis, and campaign planning.
