  The water industry has gone through a massive legislative change in respect of the Non Household (commercial customers). This has meant that all water companies in the UK have had to change their processes and systems in respect of this change, Market Reform. All companies have had to separate their household and non household business completely, or sell off their non household customers to a retail business with themselves remaining as the wholesaler. I have worked on the IT part of this change to ensure that systems are available to talk to the central market operating system (CMOS) and exchange information between wholesalers and retailers using CMOS. There has also been the need to create internal systems and processes to support the change in the way the business works. This has included; stakeholder engagement and management, requirements gathering, process mapping and managing UAT through to the point of delivery. Show less
