  Tutor - PAL mentor

  During my roll as a PAL (Peer Assisted Learning) mentor I helped teach and make content to aid in student learning. Due to COVID and lockdowns the program had to move online and eventually shut down, but within out time we addressed difficult topics and common mistakes made into worksheets that can be found on the PAL website. These are still being used and have helped numerous students throughout the past years.

  Research Intern

  In this internship I worked with Peter Hofner to build a translation between two network protocol languages (mCRL2 and T-AWN) and proving that a bi-simulation exists between the two. It was a challenging research project, but we made progress over summer. I was later employed as a research assistant to continue my work on this topic.

  Actuarial Intern

  As an actuarial intern at the Australian Government Actuary, I utilized SAS, Microsoft Access, Excel, and R to clean, process, and analyse data. I optimized code, debugged issues with Access, and worked on numerous projects, gaining valuable experience and enhancing my analytical skills.

  At ANU, I have had the enriching experience of teaching various COMP-SCI courses. Beyond just instructing, my role expanded to developing comprehensive educational materials tailored for students, designing challenging assignments and exams, and helping with the smooth execution of these examinations. Additionally, I contributed to oral exams and marked numerous student assignments. I am very proactive and enjoyed being able to make an impact on students.
