      Engineered, designed and manufactured low volume bespoke seals and rubber components for motorsport applications which included engine AV mounts, shaft seals, and custom CV boots. Utilising 2D and 3D CAD I produced engineering drawings for parts, manufacturing and tooling; as well as non-linear FEA analysis to design custom parts and components. Also provided component support, analysis and troubleshooting for customers in racing series such as F1 WEC and WRC.

      Crown Cork and Seal Prize Brunel University London Jul 2016 Worked alongside 4 other students to design a Kinetic Energy Recovery System which used mechanical energy storage, to increase the efficiency of Formula MSA racing vehicles. Our group of 5 students went on to design a system incorporating a flywheel energy storage system and managed to justify downsizing the internal combustion engine used from 1.6 to 1.0 litre engines with little loss in performance.
