Michigan Telefund raises over $2 million in private support annually and employs about 85 students. Managed the performance of 20+ student employees on a nightly basis, with a focus on cultivating a positive work environment, accountability, reporting, and statistical analysis. Mentored peers and callers, shared best practices and fostered collaboration. Motivated, coached, and developed numerous callers into leadership candidates. Conversed with nearly 3000 University alumni and friends over the phone and personally raised over $170,000 in private support. Mentored teammates and was selected to participate in special calling projects, including premium seating in Michigan Stadium on behalf of Michigan Athletics.
