  I was the responsible NPD for the development of processes and recipes for new and existing products for the Skogaholm and Fazer brands in the Eskilstuna bakery.I was also technical project leader for a big investment project (top ten in Fazer group that year). I was acting product development and quality manager during a paternity leave. I was managing a team of product developers, consumer contact and a raw material specialist.
