      I developed and licensed United Ranger, LLC with the Texas Department of Public Safety in April of 2011. I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations to include but not limited too budget analysis, human resources, reporting and conducting risk analysis through strategic planning and review for both internal operations as well as our clients. Utilize my experience within the security and investigation industry, peace officer training, and consultation training to maintain a target focus of reducing liability and risk, reviewing and analyzing shrinkage to develop strategic plans to provide a security blanket successful in reducing shrinkage and minimizing loss through a proven understanding of theft and data analysis. Conducting thorough in depth investigation with electronic investigation as well as human investigation to detect threats, loss, theft, risk and other matters to use in data analytic reports to develop strategies, deter criminal activity and have a foundation for future planning to maintain a proactive approach rather than a reactive approach after loss or incident. Required at a minimum to haveat least three (3) years accumulated employment experience in the field in which the applicant's prospective employer is licensed; and at least one (1) year of experience in a managerial or supervisory position. The examination focused on issues of general concern to managers of licensed companies, such as the eligibility criteria for registrations, pre-employment obligations and procedures, application requirements, record-keeping, comprehensive understanding of Texas law and security and the procedures relating to disciplinary actions and administrative fines.
