  - Developed the first machine learning application at Veeam Software for End-User account entity resolution (classification problem with over one million classes) using TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Tiktoken, Embeddings, FastAPI, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. Achieved 99.8% accuracy with 70% recall at a confidence level threshold of 0.9, reducing order processing time from 2 days to just 5 minutes.
