  Leader of Tennis Department at the Country Club. Bath and Tennis memberships increased at the club as well as participation with current members. Completely developed and created all programming at the club including adult program offerings (Men’s and Ladies nights, drills), Junior programming producing 10 players achieving top 200 USTA national ranking. Developed special events for adults and juniors. Created and directed many USTA tournaments at club with as many as 200+ participants. Created 2 USTA league teams in Columbia – 30+ new adult players.   Head professional/director of junior tennis

  Leader of junior tennis program at Genesis including entry level programming (10 and under), late entry players, and junior academy. Grew Junior Program 188% after 4 years. Junior Program sustained a similar level in 2020 (COVID year) as 2019 - even though club was closed for 2 month in 2020. Overall club budget grew 90% over that time period. Developed junior programming, lesson schedules, lesson plans, special events, and calendar of events. Led Play Tennis Fast (new adult player development) to its highest participation numbers at the club and introduced 50+ new adult players to tennis. Develop players of all ages and abilities and new adult players to that play on USTA teams. Experience with Cardio Tennis. Leading 8+ full time professionals that help with junior program and adult development. Awarded 2017 Genesis Tennis Professional of the Year and 2018 Director of the Year of 50+ tennis professionals in organization. Show less
