My advice focus on all horticultural aspects, pest and disease management as well as irrigation, with the objective to maximise grower income per ha by producing quality fruit for all target markets through:a) Presenting a documented, up-to-date market related and effective pest and disease guideline to all Kromco producers. b) Organizing and presenting field days on all the above mentioned aspects.c) Liaison with university specialists, industry and marketeers.d) Serving on the industry’s Technical Advisory Committee for crop production as well as crop protection to direct grower’s funding of research.e) Individual consulting regarding the above mentioned as well as other production aspects. f) Chair of Kromco’s Technical Committee where Kromco’s technical strategy is determined.
