  News International re-branded to News UK in June 2013.Managing internal and external resources to deliver change in the SAP landscape across multiple areas of the business. Required changes varied from small BAU changes through to major projects and required frequent stakeholder interaction. Liaison with the BAU support team to ensure knowledge transfer and smooth operational transition into BAU. Support of the Live SAP environments in line with ITIL processes. Involvement in the design, development and delivery of key interfaces interacting with the SAP landscape. Led a team of SAP professionals in the Design, Development and Implementation of solutions across multiple SAP modules. Using multiple work-streams projects were delivered using the SAP ASAP methodology whilst smaller changes and BAU support were also delivered as required by the business. Part of a small dedicated team delivering support and change into the SAP landscape. Led a team of Operations staff covering 24x7 shift pattern. Primary roles were to support the daily business and overnight batch processes running on a Fujitsu Mainframe. SAP v2.1 was introduced in 1994 and involvement started with the migration of these processes onto the SAP system. Supporting the processes on the Fujitsu Mainframe system. Performing backups/restores and error resolution as required.
