  As the Athletics Department Coordinator I assist our Athletic Director in overseeing the everyday operations of our athletic department. Gameday management and consistent communication to all parties involved are keys to making our department run smooth. A small school in numbers, we have had tremendous success in sending 3/4 teams in the fall and 3/4 teams in the winter to the CIF playoffs. Created curriculum and taught PE for a wide range of summer camp students aged from 4-16. Oversaw staff and managed equipment for daily needs with 250 daily campers. Ran and staffed an aftercare program that has grown from 200 campers to over 1,600 yearly aftercare signups. Created curriculum to manage a wide range of student needs and adapt constantly throughout each day and week.

  Worked daily with the Athletic Director in creating schedules, managing online databases that contained rosters and accomodations, and helped with daily sporting events. Also helped support administration in hosting and planning a youth outreach day with over 100 elementary students playing games with high school students to engage in a positive image for the school.
