      I worked as an intern observer at the Mount Washington Observatory at the summit of Mount Washington. I learned and had the responsibility of helping take the hourly metars, broadcasting the nightly forecasts, de-icing, shoveling and worked on a research project to help benefit the observatory.

      Forecasting on a global scale for aviation and energy clients. Issue written, graphical and verbal briefings for global tropical storms, severe weather situations and major winter storms across North America. Aid in further developing/testing in house software to further usability by forecasters. I have also help develop and implement multiple webpages to provide further data information for forecasters to provide the highest quality and accurate forecasts. Forecasting for commercial and business airlines as well as for our aviation products(Fusion and Pilotbrief). Writing TAFs for airports around the world. Forecasting enroute turbulence, convection, icing, volcanic ash etc. for both pilots and dispatchers to help ensure our customers with safe and enjoyable flights around the world.       Eagle Scout Boy Scouts of America Nov 2005 Becoming an Eagle scout was a long road with many learning experiences. Along with learning about the typically thought of fields first aid, camping, hiking, etc. I also learned how to be a leader. I learned how to lead a group but also how to work along with others, to listen and collaborate ideas so that the right course of action for all could be made. I learned about responsibility and team building skills as well.
