Before we need on site. Preparing of contractor and sub-contractor bills update and monitor delivery. Making a report and submitting for demanding of manpower's to increase or decrease,According to the schedule of works and trade. Arrange and attend Pre construction, site and project meetings as well as ensuring effective communications with residents and business.
