  I had the opportunity to lead the establishment of IFM's Rome branch, overseeing every step of the process—from selecting the office location to negotiating and signing the lease agreement. At the same time, I focused on building a highly skilled operational team, personally managing the recruitment and training of team members, who have been instrumental to the branch's success.In my role, I am responsible for managing the operations of the Rome office and overseeing IFM's projects targeting the Central and Northern Italy markets. I have initiated and strengthened strategic partnerships with leading technology players, positioning the Rome branch as a hub for specialization in Artificial Intelligence.I am also driving the expansion into the central Italian Public Administration market, enhancing IFM's presence in this key sector. Additionally, I am spearheading the ideation and development of innovative software products, contributing to the diversification and growth of the company's offerings, always with a focus on innovation and strategic development.
