      In charge of several railway signalling projects (interlocking and ERTMS) up to 20M€ in multicutural environments involving stakeholders from all over Europe, with the following customers STIB (Belgium), Alpha Trains (Luxemburg), CFL Cargo (Luxemburg), CAF (Spain) and an other Alstom Italian site manufacturing trains. A project might be successful when Risks and Schedule are mastered.
