  In charge of several railway signalling projects (interlocking and ERTMS) up to 20M€ in multicutural environments involving stakeholders from all over Europe, with the following customers STIB (Belgium), Alpha Trains (Luxemburg), CFL Cargo (Luxemburg), CAF (Spain) and an other Alstom Italian site manufacturing trains. A project might be successful when Risks and Schedule are mastered. My main roles as PM are:- Manage the project scheduling (construction of logical links (PERT diagram), scheduling activities (GANTT), identification of critical paths, etc.)- Monitor risks (risk sessions with other team members and risks register regular updates and monitoring)- Ensure Customer satisfaction- Meet the QCD targets- Manage the core team members (~10 people)- Monitor and report finance aspects of the projects (forecast & EAC, gap analysis, invoicing, variation orders, contingencies, cash, margin, etc.)- Manage the contracts and negotiate variations orders Show less In the context of various international tenders (Australia, Korea, China, Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia, Norway, Germany, Poland, Belgium, etc.) up to 500M€ for railway signalling systems (ERTMS/ETCS, interlocking, train control systems, etc.), my main tasks and responsibilities are the following:• Define and propose the best strategy in accordance with customer needs, internal products and systems portfolios and budgetary/contextual constraints• Participation of business development (partners and subcontractors selections, definition of contractual organization and conditions, customer meetings, etc.)• Define, lead and manage the Tender Team dispatched in different countries within a Tender Budget (>1 M€)• Define the offered solution o Perform the detailed requirement capture o Ensure offered solution compliance with customer and internal strategy requirements• Manage the Tender regarding compliance with: o Tender Schedule; o Customer Price budget; o Technical Ratio improvement; o All applicable internal standard processes.• Monitor the system QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay) estimate to be offered and obtain commitments from internal entities.• Contribute to the negotiation and REX through Win-Loss analysis.
