  This was such a dream that i had never thought about getting a scholar for my final year’s internship in a foreign country, Japan. Moreover, studying in a field of biomedical engineering is such a blessing that I always wanted to try. From this two-month internship in Kyushu University, I got a lot experiences in related field and Japanese culture which improved my hard and soft skills. During that period, I had to study and do the following tasks.• Measured brain signals using NIRS to make mini research on how brain worked during reading and listening and got a result that the human brain works harder when it performs reading• Learned the nerves of the brain to be used in the research• Used Matlab as a programming language to change the brain signals into data outcomes, improving the Matlab skills.• Volunteered as a subject to be tested the brain waves which enhanced the knowledge of using brain signal measuring devices like EEG Show less
