   All the TDC Related Reports before the Logistic In charges Special role definition were being generated & Compiled by me & the same was send to the CMD division at H.O. for consolidation. Few of such reports were Month wise - Component wise TDC Summary Report, District wise/ Trade-Non trade wise TDC Report etc. Have created a format in Excel that shows Primary/secondary freights from various Works/Warehouses, also the program for generating the said output in Excel was written by me using SQL. Have generated Reports that enable the Management to take various Strategic decisions like High Freight Zone sale Report, District wise TDC & per Ton per Kilometer Report. Have also contributed in making good presentation from our SU side at different meetings, which includes Pictorial representation, Map insertions etc. One Such Presentation I have given personally during our Project Together phase. During the Project Together rollout in the Year 2003, I was a member of a project named Logistic Management System, wherein my main responsibilities were :1. Linking all Destinations in Andhra Pradesh State connecting with all the Warehouses/Works.2. Collection of Data related to Number of Kilometers and assigning the Freights for the above linkage.3. Finding Out the Optimal Root with low TDC, in doing so the Objectives were : Reduce TDC to the Maximum Extent. Timely Delivery at Optimum TDC. Preparing a schedule Destination wise of all possible Routes and their TDC to Distribute to all the field officers & Area in charges. The List can be used for forcing movement through Least Cost Routes. All the Points mentioned above were included in our real time system at Secunderabad SU and has definitely contributed towards constant reduction of TDC. Being basically from an IT background also enables me to contribute towards doing some research & analysis work on any topic given through the help of Internet.
