  *In-charge of operations and maintenance of Oil Re Refining Plant(ORRP), where waste oil is recycled through vaccum dehydration process ,activated fulllers earth treatment etc and converted in usable hydraulic grades of oil, thereby accounting for enormous recurring cost savings apart from mitigation of environmental pollution.*I was involved in operation and maintenance of Hose Crimping Unit,which included procurement of hydraulic houses of different pressure ratings and related hydraulic fitting of different standards and crimping them based on dynamic requirement of user departments.*I was involved in trouble shooting and maintenance of hydraulic systems in different departments of Rourkela Steel Plant, which included lubricant sampling and analysis form critical systems of various departments and suggestion of remedial actions,mitigation of lubricant quality issues.*I was involved in consolidation of annual lubricant requirement of various departments and preparation of annual lubricant task force report, specific lubricant consumption reports etc.* As site-in-charge of CBMS(condition based maintenance systems) group I was concerned with vibration monitoring of rotating equipments like pumps,blowers,ID fans etc on a scheduled basis and preparation of analysis reports. Dynamic balancing of high vibration prone ID fans were also perfomed on on-call basis from different departments. Show less
