In charge of complex fault diagnosis on all avionic systems and sub-systems, both individually and as part of a team which involved the use of detailed schematic wiring diagrams, functional diagrams and the necessary test/inspect equipment to assist with the fault. Daily tasks include: ● Supervising maintenance of survival equipment and IT administrator,dealing with the tracking of aircraft and associated technical data. ● All aspects of the job involved an element of Quality Assurance conducting internal periodical checks to ensure the best practice is met. ● Flight Servicing Coordinator; responsible for specifying the servicing and maintenance requirements for multiple aircraft, ensuring that maintenance limits were not breached and are certified by the correct authorization holders. ● Supervision/ownership of Tool Control, Issue Centre, Ground Support Equipment and Aircraft Stores. ● Coaching and mentoring juniors through trade training, to further develop their technical abilities, simultaneously building their confidence and instilling leadership qualities.   Accountable for the management of aircraft maintenance supervisors and tradesmen working on Merlin MK1, MK2, MK3, MK3i, MK4 Helicopters. Responsible for the management and delegation of tasks between competent supervisors and tradesmen, whilst ensuring the correct and timely completion of aircraft documentation is carried out in accordance with all aviation regulations.
