  -I've been a swimming athlete and have been competing for more than 10 years now.-The sport has provided me time management, autodiscipline, punctuality, persistency and to never give up towards any challenge.-I've been nominated team captain, since 2015, and my team currently has more than 25 members. I consider fundamental to motivate everybody to do teamwork, support each other and always being humble.

  Monitor - Nadador Salvador Júnior

  - During 2 weeks, I had the excellent opportunity to work as a monitor/trainer at the summer camp organized by the lifeguard association of Búzios - Coruche.- The summer camp has been taking place every year for over 15 years, with the presence of 60 young people aged 11-17 years.- I participated in previous editions, as a student and from 2017 onwards, as a monitor.- Responsible for a group of 20 kids aged 11-12 years.- Throughout the summer camp, various activities are carried out, with special emphasis on Basic Life Support, First Aid and Water Rescue.- Since I already had the lifeguard course and having participated in previous editions, the experience is completely different, making it easier to communicate and teach several young people at the same time.   - Desde muito jovem participei no programa do campo de férias Nadador Salvador Júnior, adquirindo conhecimento em Salvamento Aquático, Primeiros Socorros e Suporte Básico de Vida.-Em 2017, obtenho o curso de nadador salvador, e no mesmo ano comecei a trabalhar.- Formação para prestar primeiros socorros e suporte básico de vida em quaisquer circunstâncias.- Diariamente, até 1000 utentes frequentaram as instalações onde prestei serviço. - Em 2019, em complemento ao curso, fiz formação em Desfibrilação Automática Externa (DAE), para as piscinas municipais de Coruche. Chemical tests to determine the chemical oxygen deficiency (COD) and nitrate and nitrites present in a customer's sample. -Development of capacities such as autonomy, self-dictation and adaptation to anew environment.-Very innovative experience, as it was my first contact with the job market.   - During the course on Entrepreneurship, inserted in the interim period of the curriculum of my course, I had the opportunity to develop a project, together with four colleagues from three different courses.- In parallel with the curricular unit, we accepted the challenge launched by Academia Electrão in the category Ponto Electrão, where projects related to the containerization of waste were intended, promoting efficiency in storage and transport.- Among the 73 teams participating in our category, we had the great privilege of being the WINNING TEAM.- We developed a prototype of 3 containers, intended for the catering and hospitality industry. The main function of this equipment is the compaction of waste, leading to an efficiency of the space used, reducing the number of trips made to the nearest collection point. On the other hand, it will allow greater use of work, as the employees of each establishment do not have to interrupt their tasks to empty the garbage.- With our project, we estimate significant reductions in CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, due to the reduction in the displacement of garbage collection vehicles.
