Develops and operates within an approved annual operating budget. Ensures Drury Hotels policies and procedures are constantly communicated and followed. Maintains a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times with team members, customers and co-workers. Drury Hotels continues to be 100% family owned and operated. This is very different than those big franchise-based hotel chains where you have one group that owns the hotel, another that manages it, and still another that owns the name on the building.
