      Worked within the Supply Chain Organisation at BP within a vital role in the Logistical Department. Arranged, assisted and ensured fuel deliveries from up to 12 terminals across the UK for retail petrol stations. Monitored and maintained live scheduled activity over a 12 hour period (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) – inclusive of re-scheduling whole shifts if required. Understanding of the inner workings of the supply chain industry and how this affects each aspect of the business. Knowledge of the business forecast, how my role impacted this and what I could do to help achieve the future goals of the business. Show less

      Travelling and Volunteering

      I spent just over a year travelling around South America and South East Asia which included some volunteer work. This taught me a lot about how to manage difficult situations with language barriers and communicate clearly with meaning, different cultures and diversities of people, improved my organisational skills further - particularly when planning and forecasting volunteering opportunities in relation to location, transit, visas and availability. This was a life changing experience that gave me the chance to expand my horizon as well as my knowledge and personality. Show less

      Completing Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager tasks for a popular supermarket chain throughout Poland and Portugal including customer and external Service Provider co-ordination, SLA management and invoicing. This is also along side my duties as Project Management Support for the Estee Lauder network migration across the UK. I am actively leading this project with the support of the Project Manager and am the first port of call for the customer as well as the Service Provider in arranging site visits as well as keeping the customer updated with weekly review calls and a weekly progress report.These tasks run along side my standard Project Co-ordinator role as detailed below. After my first year and some departmental changes, I have progressed within my role to take on more versatile and challenging projects across the UK and Europe. These include household names such as; Shell, BP, Estee Lauder and Smiggle – amongst more. Some of my day to day duties include; liaising business to business as well as speaking with customers whilst building key relationships; creating, checking, and authorising invoices from Service Providers and to our customers; accurately arrange, monitor and control project installations across Europe; first point of contact for all customer orders, queries and requests during the roll out of the network solution and the physical installation segment.
