In a little more than a year, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, after completing 2 months of mandatory training at the National Office. By working my way up in the same restaurant, I was able to learn how hard work and good relationships join together to ensure success. The highlight of my experiences there revolved around my primary job function; hiring and training new employees. I still love seeing people succeed to higher roles through applying the training they’ve received, and first developed that passion and those skills at this high volume, profitable restaurant.
