  - Accountable for end-to-end project management&complete offshore deliverables.- Analyze client’s business requirements and architecting technical solution to implement desired functionality with available technology options.- Define and initiate project, develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, dependencies, staffing, scheduling, contingency plans, and allocation of resources/manpower.- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestone and required tasks.- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned departments.- Responsible for complete sprint management including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings.- Track the Sprint schedule and ensure Sprint backlogs and individual timesheets are up to date.- Communicate with the Architect and BA in understanding the technical challenges or business challenges in the current sprint and come up a plan to overcome them.- Find bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code through the use of advanced tools & methodology.- Manage the team, provide coaching and support to members as and when required.- Ensure successful alignment of delivery with organization’s strategic business objectives- Performed regular Project’s health checkup and update that to higher management in the form of Program Review Presentation, Metrics etc.- Focus team on business objectives and track progress to ensure project milestone are completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.
