Show less As a Plant Operator, I supported facilities to safely destroy chemical mustard gas and hazardous chemicals by utilizing immobilized bio cell reactors and waste water brine reduction systems.To ensure tank levels, temperatures, chemical distributions, and pressures at specified levels, I have monitored gauges, flowmeters, pH probes, and process instrumentation. I assisted in managing equipment operations. I utilized valves and pumps for monitoring and adjusting flows of substances, such as chemicals, gases, liquids, slurries, and powdered materials.For successful execution of biotreatment operations, I have manually adjusted pH levels in immobilized bio cell reactors to maintain bacterial health for successful destruction of hydrolysate/thiodiglycol slurry. I analyzed and evaluated trending data from periodic round readings of specified systems.
