      I participated in three projects related to gene regulation in cancer. During the process, I used to design well-controlled experiments to validate my hypothesis, using molecular experiments like molecular cloning, western blot, Co-IP, dual luciferase assay, qPCR, ChIP-seq to do validation. Also, I co-authered a paper we published on Oncogene for one project and consolidated our another project into my graduation thesis paper.
