Aiming at addressing the client’s banking needs and providing high standard advices, solutions through core banking products as well as Treasury and Fransi Capital Products. • Ensures budget achievement on monthly, quarterly and annually basis while evaluating revenue and spreads in order to reach continued profitability.• Maintains existing relationships and continually obtaining clients requirements to provide them with the most appropriate services and solutions. Prospecting new clients by using active referrals from community and existing satisfied clients.• Acquires information on client’s financial assets and revenues. Prepares supporting documentation of client credit application with the credit team. Closely monitors client credit facilities, reacting promptly to any potential discrepancy. Show less • My role as a corporate operation officer is reviewing and processing documents for SME and large corporate clients. Since receiving many sensitive tasks a day, my work requires paying a close attention to small details. However, providing a quick and effective service is my daily goal since clients’ satisfaction is a priority. • Other daily task is preparing a certificate, which indicates the empowered persons in signing financing requests. The importance of this certificate is that other departments within the banks crosscheck it prior implementing any STL or LTL request.• Government entities, on the other hand, takes a major part of my daily tasks. I’m delegated to represent COG in central bank portal to reflect SAMA instructions and take the necessary action. On top of the above, I communicate with other BSF departments efficiently and responsively to have a smooth workflow. Show less
