      Activities and Societies: Captain and coach of UWS ladies team, Hockey committee Transition from college to university during a pandemic helped me to stay focused when morale was low. Staying positive and doing the hard work for my classes when my first year of university was third year. In my final year i completed my dissertation A Think Aloud Method: Coping stressors in high and low situations using Goalkeepers in Hockey. As well as completing all my other classes and graduating.

Being introduced to Tennis, fitness classes and multi sports, the course helped me to adapt and use different techniques as a coach. I also learned that it’s important to further your knowledge and coaching abilities to doing something out of your comfort zone like learning a sport that’s not similar to the main sport of interest.
