      I minored in Computer Engineering and was very close to a math minor as well. I loved working out problems and laying out the details on paper. I truly enjoyed my experience as an "adult learner" and was able to appreciate and apply what I was learning that much more.

      Operations Manager - North America

      I have been in the Operations Manager position since April 2013 and have had two General Managers, with a complete operations overhaul beginning in August 2014. My focus has been on process review, revenue reporting, implementation of a new LMS/online learning system, research of new training products, improved interaction between teams, and a complete reorganization of our operations. My team of 7 includes key operations process, such as: training administration, travel, training coordination, materials production, and procurement. I also continue to manage the flow of information through operations, provide editing support for the team, create/edit forms and materials used for marketing, client communications, reporting, etc. I have been, and continue to be, an integral part of the rebuilding of our operations team and processes.Between 2001 and 2013, I primarily held Project Manager and Team Lead positions. My project highlights include: assessment tool development, report and materials editing, workshop accreditation, job management system implementation and support, scheduling jobs and resources, managing training programs from proposal to delivery, and building client relationships.
