      Working in a small front office team. Dealing directly with the public with all activities including opening new bank accounts, interviewing, lending reviews,bereavement meetings with families and dealing with Solicitors both verbally and in writing when dealing with bank appointed wills etc. As part of this team it also involved line management of others and appointment booking for the Personal Lending Managers.I was also the High Net Worth Co Ordinator for the Nottingham Group of Lloyds and this involved liaising with all of the Managers to assist them in identifying High Net Worth clients that could be referred accross to Private Banking or Wealth Division who look after clients with sole incomes of £100k or more or have liquid assets of over £250,000. This role whilst in the Customer Service team also involved Branch presentations with Private Banking to promote their services.
