Additionally, I oversee the Danah Towers projects, which span approximately 9,800 m² across 13 floors. Responsibilities include site setup, contract follow-ups, meetings with tenants and contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, construction safety, quality standards, and regulations, and managing the handover process. Project budgets range from SAR 1,000,000 to SAR 20,000,000.- **𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:** Formulate the Al-Rashid Mall and Danah Towers guidelines manuals, including the "Tenant's Design Manual and Standards." Address all necessary fit-out aspects, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing technical details, interior finishes, standards, and construction procedures.- **𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:** Work diligently with stakeholders, including tenants, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and other departments, to ensure seamless project execution.- **𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:** Evaluate and approve all Architectural, interior, technical, mechanical, and structural drawings before construction to ensure compliance and quality.- **𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:** Ensure the final fit-out project outcomes align with stakeholder expectations and standards.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀: Van Cleef, Costa Café, Tag Heuer, Charriol, Pandora, Koohéji Jewelry, Vandy Vellucci, Nomination, Baskin Robbins, The Body Shop, Doctor M, Jarir Bookstore, Boggi, Bateel Café, Kipling, Redtag, Popeyes, Al Duliman Optics, Al Maghrabi, Beauty Secrets, etc. Show less
