      Subject Matter Expert and Specific Point of Contact for all aerial/ conduit applications to lease AT&T outside plant in the SF BAY Region. Performed duties per the CPUC mandate via the Right of Way Decision. Established process improvements which resulted in increased efficiency, reduced lifecycle of jobs, increased credits, reduced costs of business unit to core business. Worked cooperatively with Pacific Gas and Electric Asset Management Group to streamline joint owner processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Acted as liaison and Specific Point of Contact to Pacific Gas and Electric as well as Alameda Municipal Power. Supervised one administrative assistant-contract employee. Key to this position was excellent project management skills in a demanding and ever-changing environment. Possessed the ability to transverse obstacles in my path to succeed. Developed tracking documents, forms and procedures at onset of project. Instrumental in establishing an Access based “Power Database” to be used as a tool in tracking the cradle to grave applications for power. Submitted in excess of 2,500 applications for commercial power. Executed in excess of 1,900 contracts and energized 1800 sites. Key contributor to North Bay C&E ranking as top performer throughout California region of AT&T in U-verse provisioning.In 2009 I began fielding and engineering LightSpeed jobs for submittal of permits and commercial power applications. Corporate transactions in the amount of over $2, 931, 00.00 were deposited to core business due to job closures and progressive billing. In excess of $3,334,000.00 was secured in advanced payments from CLECS. Acted as SPOC for Northern California Joint Pole Association. Worked cooperatively with Pacific Gas and Electric Asset Management Group to streamline joint owner processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Provided on-going training of engineering assistants and engineers. Jointly authored a time and motion study to establish paths forward to reduce open jobs and secure credits. Acted as SPOC for all aerial billing issues. Implemented and facilitated training of make ready firm contractors to utilize new make ready forms.
