      Paint shop team leader

During my time here I started as a spray painter but soon worked my way to paint plant team leader. My job was to run a team of painters to which we had to meet a tight daily delivery schedule of high quality painted parts to companies like Honda, Nissan and Toyota.

NACE level 1, Fabric maintenance supervisor. Rope access level 2

I have worked on most of the Talisman-sinopec assets but have been on the Montrose Alpha for a number of years now. I first started for RBG (Stork T.S.) as a level 1 blaster/ painter before being made up to paint foreman on the Montrose Alpha. In 2012 i passed my level 2 rope access course and in May of 2014 I passed my NACE level 1. Since then i have been the fabric maintenance supervisor for Stork Technical Services on both the Montrose Alpha and the Arbroath which i have enjoyed very much.My Daily work. This involves carrying out daily QAQC duties on current workscopes ensuring that all procedures are followed according to the clients specifications, ensuring that all work is carried out is of the highest standard but maintaining the highest level of safety in the process. Monitoring all plant and equipment ensuring that it is fit for use and remains within its certificate dates. Maintaining good communication between myself, the workforce and the client during all phases of the workscopes. Show less
