  - I served as the Academics Director at SICMUN managing a team of 40 individuals to help invigorate debate and speech for over 2,000 students at one of Austin's largest Model UN conference- Created and reviewed background guides for 16 different committees outlining the committee's topic and including the background to the topics- Trained and taught a committee chair team of over 60 people, making sure they understood how to run a committee and lead a committee room- Taught over 60 delegates/students how Model UN works and how they are supposed to debate at a MUN conference and then invited them to SICMUN Show less
