      On 21 February 2014 I passed the last professional board exam towards qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. I have completed articles at Deloitte before I officially qualified as a Chartered Accountant. I am now a registered CA(SA) with SAICA.

      The role and function of the Leadership Development Committee is that of an independent, non-executive advisory function primarily to the TAC Board. The Board retains responsibility for implementing recommendations to the TAC Board. Until 30 June 2024, Sitembele was the Project Director: Examinations at SAICA, heading up the examination processes including the quality assurance processes over the SAICA ITC examinations. While at SAICA, Sitembele oversaw exam improvement processes, including the design and implementation of the new examination system as part of SAICA’s digital transformation “Ushintsho” Project. Marked SAICA professional board exams - ITC and APC.
