Instruction is also provided on all of the basics in camp and clinic settings as well. The idea is to make sure that the athletes, no matter what age, are able to take what we work on and translate it when there is pressure added to the situation. From 2003-2004 I was the sole organizer and lead instructor of all overnight summer camp and day clinics. I maintained a relationship with Nike as our overnight camp sponsor. While at Emory, I was a member of an Eagles team that compiled a 118- 28 overall record. My pitching staff posted a 0.90 ERA in 2004, eighth best in NCAA DIII that season. I helped coach the Eagles to a third and fourth place finish at the Division III World Series in 2002 and 2003. In 2002 & 2003 the team also captured UAA Conference Championships as well as NCAA Regional Champions. The 2003 Team was also named a "National Top 10 Academic Team" by the NCAA. Show less

Also assisted in recruiting, hitting, outfield development, and camp operations.Helped with all game day operations as well as field preparations.Responsible for opponent scouting reports.In 2005, I helped to guide the North Georgia pitching staff to a combined ERA of 1.87, with an overall record of 45-18. The pitching staff held opponents to a batting average of .196 with 424 strikeouts in 405.1 innings of work. The Saints wereequally impressive at the NAIA National Tournament in their second appearance with an ERA of 1.72 while holding their opponents to a batting average of .227.Top Pitcher Beth Willis finished the season with a 1.56 ERA and record of 30-9.Team attended NAIA National Tournament for 2nd straight year.In the 06-07 seasons I was part of North Georgia Softball making the transition from NAIA Division I to NCAA Division II. I was part of a coaching staff that educated ourselves on all of the NCAA regulations so we would be eligible for competition 2 years earlier than expected. Show less
