  I am responsible for managing operations of 300 MW automated solar module manufacturing line which is one of its largest in India. My responsibilities include:• Managing man power as per requirement in the shift. • Preparing and implementing action plans to maximize the OEE.• Resolve any engineering issues that affect the production targets. • Active participation in suggestion scheme and KAIZEN activities.• Implementation of safety and Process audits.• Preparing Monthly Production Plan on Daily and Weekly Basis.• Maintain the MIS of Daily Production Report.• Responsible for review of daily production to meet the monthly Target. • Increase quality and productivity of the product by reduction of wastage.• Making the Production Planning for next loading on Equipment. • Analysis of Actual vs Target production on Daily, weekly and Monthly Basis.• Reduction in Process cost and enhancing Production through improvements.• Maintaining 5-S on Shop Floor and Basic knowledge of SIX SIGMA.• Ensure the Quality of the Product as per specification.• Control the WIP, SOP on shop floor to smooth flow of material.
