      • Working as part of the IT Service Centre team, I delivered the permissions element of the Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) process to 10,000 staff, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets was maintained. This was in line with the ITIL approach to Access Management.• I was also responsible for improving the relationship with the IT Operations teams at our regional sites across the UK and Germany, providing direction to SharePoint Site Collection Administrators (SCAs) and Local Security Officers (LSOs) to manage SharePoint site collections, service requests and IT assets.• I designed, built and maintained the IT Service Centre Wiki – an organisation-wide digital service that clearly articulated policy, processes and guidance for users wishing to request services from the IT Service Centre.       I provide a flexible resource across the Knowledge and Information (KIM) team, to support the work of the KIM strategy. My main responsibilities include:• Managing the organisation's information security incidents, including personal data breaches, identifying trends and ways to mitigate risk and reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence. • Developing information security policies, ensuring that the organisation has robust procedures in place to respond to information security incidents, in line with legislative requirements.• Reporting to the Directors' Group and various committees on information security compliance, including risks, trends, good practice, mitigation and training completion rates.• Promotion of information security mandatory training, to ensure staff have up to date knowledge on emerging information governance issues.• Working at pace to respond to information rights requests in accordance with legislative requirements.
