      Supervised and coordinated three 200-bed residence halls and a para-professional staff of 9 Resident Assistants (RAs). Addressed concerns regarding counseling, discipline, programming, and other issues relevant to resident students. Created an organization to address and meet needs of students with disabilities (S.A.F.E. R.O.A.D.S.); pursued increased awareness and inclusion of the college community. Designed/coordinated Fall & Winter training for RA staff. Advised Hall Governments. Coordinated and implemented hall budgets. Assisted in formulation of college policies/procedures; revised/developed various in-house procedures. Acted as Judicial Hearing Officer. Performed weekend on-call duties.ADJUNCT FACULTY, PSYCHOLOGY: Taught 3 credit-hour Psychology course, "Psychology of Disability", each Spring semester. Developed class curriculum (with department chair approval).
