      We saw an opportunity and took it! Swedish universities 1) Received large EU grants for E-Learning without ideas or competence to put them to use. 2) Had sister schools in other countries or secondary campuses in other towns. We built a platform to record and distribute lectures digitally and designed tele-conference enabled lecture halls.

      I wanted to boost entrepreneurship in Sweden. Venture Cup is Sweden’s largest business plan competition support for entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas. I gave feedback on 100’s of business plans and led a group of 10 volunteers to execute large events including an accredited course on entrepreneurship by Chalmers University of Technology. Increased maximum attendance at a single event from 280 to 550.

Part of the management team responsible for roadmap, marketing and profit for retail cash handing products with cash management software as the central part of the offer. • Created new revenue stream by introducing SaaS subscription model • Handled large tenders with Tier 1 retailers • Grew product and service gross margin grew by double digits Stepping up as Product Manager for SafePay™ and became part of the management team. I helped the product grow from innovation to 10 000 checkouts in EMEA and hanged software from free to subscription creating an important new revenue stream. Gunnebo had purchased a technology startup in order to become an innovator in retail security. I drove marketing strategy, customer success and sales training to bring the SafePay™ closed cash handling solution to new markets achieving the first sales in France, Belgium and Holland. Worked as Product Marketing supporting 3 Product Managers including sales concepts, marketing materials and training of sales teams. My “Future Bank Lobby” marketing concept was used worldwide.
