  I was a patient care assistant for a quadriplegic with Multiple Sclerosis. Was responsible for assisting with all activities of daily living including meal preparation and intake, washing and bathing, treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis, performing transfers, and turning and hygiene needs throughout the night during overnight shifts. Was accountable for escorting patient to and from all destinations, maintaining a clean and safe environment and performing household duties. Patient was able to move certain muscles when in a specific position so we would go to the gym to perform such movements.
