  Working at the Caterpillar Proving Grounds in the Articulated Truck Engineering group. Here is where I validated CAT AT machines before they reached production. I was project managing, overseeing testing, building prototypes, and managing ever changing scheduling changes/timelines.

Working on a lean team of 2-3 employees designing, building prototypes, supporting manufacturing design changes, and enhancing current products. Experience with improving Vermeer process and building great relationships between engineering and manufacturing.
